So easy – we called Genius screens at 10am and had our new double screen door installed by 2:30pm. How great is that!? They explained everything well over the phone and there were no surprises during the install. I LOVE my screen doors!!
We had them installed last year in our front door and back porch. Open them up in the evening and it really cools down the house. If anything, when closed, it looks like there is no screen there if you are not paying attention. My boys have accidentally walked too fast into them and I just recently had Bret come out to fix it. Not only did he fix it, I had him install one more screen on the spot. Lou and Bret are so prompt, professional and nice. I highly recommend them!

I came across Genius Screens through Yelp, and they did not disappoint. I originally spoke with Lou, who was very friendly and knowledgeable, and thoroughly explained the options for my french doors. Lou set up my installation within a few days, and Bret came to install my retractable screen. Bret built/tailored the screen to my french doors onsite and completed the installation in about 90 mins! Bret was prompt, professional, and efficient. Now, I can finally enjoy a cool breeze out of my bedroom; in fact, the french doors stay open almost all the time since it’s been so hot. The retractable screen looks amazing and is high quality, and I love the adobe colored trim that I chose.

Once again, I am impressed. We have had the screens for a few years now and just love them. I had a small issue with one of the screens, I called on a Sunday and it was fixed on Tuesday and at a very reasonable fee.

We recently installed French doors and wanted to install disappearing sliding screen doors which we saw on one of the HGTV remodeling shows. We contacted the guys at Genius [formerly Casper] Norcal after seeing an ad in Home Concepts magazine. I e-mailed them the dimensions of the door and Lou was very prompt with providing a quote. We set up an appointment and the installer Brett came right on time. After selecting the color he started and in less than 2 hours the new screen doors were installed. Brett spent time going over the warranties and best practices for maintaining the mechanism in the doors.
